PPOL 421 – Introduction to Policy Research (4)

Explores research methods and policy analysis as part of a two course sequence on policy research and analysis. Introduces students to qualitative and quantitative research methods, including research design, research paradigms, and ethical considerations. Reviews responsibilities as a researcher through selected modules of the on-line CITI Responsible Conduct of Research training. Prepares students for the material and assignments used in PPOL 422. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
