SOC 549 – Law, Crime, and Policy (4)
Surveys criminal justice policies aimed at enforcing laws, reducing crime, punishing violators, and rehabilitating ex-offenders. Interrogates the behavioral assumptions used in creating and evaluating policies. Examines specific crimes and the policies used to address them. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
