WLC 231 – German Dictatorships: Nazis and Communists (3)

Introduction to the two best-known dictatorships in German society, National Socialism of the Third Reich from 1933-1945 and Socialism in the German Democratic Republic from 1949-1989 via the study of visual media (feature films, documentaries, newsreels, etc.) and other primary and secondary sources.
