Topics include statistical tools and quantitative methods (descriptive statistics, probabilities, sampling, interval estimation and hypothesis testing) and operations management concepts (strategies, forecasting, process design, capacity utilization, quality systems, supply chain management, inventory management, resource planning, sustainability and lean systems.)
