WLC 331 – Chinese Culture I (3)

Introduction to basic features of Chinese culture from ancient times to the 9th century. Topics include philosophy and religion, the Chinese language, literature and the arts, science and technology, government, family and gender, social and economic conditions, contacts with the outside world.
