As interim vice provost of Oregon State University’s Division of Educational Ventures, Jessica leads a division focused on innovative learning solutions, including the development and delivery of Oregon State’s 130+ online degrees and programs through OSU Ecampus. With more than 25 years of higher education leadership experience that began in 1998, Jessica has helped elevate a nascent distance education team into a nationally top-ranked online provider that serves 16,000 exclusively online students annually. Her areas of expertise include strategic and operational leadership, enrollment growth strategies, and industry partnerships that advance workforce education. Currently serving on UPCEA’s Board of Directors, Jessica is active in the field of online and continuing education. She regularly presents at conferences and is passionate about making higher education more accessible to modern learners, including the more than 40 million Americans with some college but no degree.
