I am the Associate Director of Faculty Development and Support for OSU Ecampus. I hold a B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. in English. I began my career in higher education as an instructor – teaching student success, writing, and literature courses – and then worked in a teaching and learning center, where I helped other faculty to advance their craft of teaching. My experience includes Canvas administration, instructional design for online and hybrid courses, curriculum development, faculty training, program and university assessment, and accreditation. I am passionate about accessible, high-quality online learning experiences to meet the needs of diverse students, and I enjoy helping faculty to identify and apply pedagogical best practices in their online courses.
