Staff Bio

Kyle Whitehouse is the Oregon State University Ecampus Associate Director of Student Success. Prior to her work with Ecampus, her previous roles at OSU have included career counselor, instructor, and academic advisor working with students actively exploring majors and careers. This broad experience with students and cross-campus collaborations with valued colleagues fueled her deep interest and commitment to online student success initiatives. She leads the "Student Success Team", a dedicated group of student services experts and success counselors who are passionate about supporting and improving the experience of OSU’s distance students who expand OSU’s learning community across the globe.

Kyle grew up and lived in Austin, Texas before falling in love with the Pacific Northwest on a road trip in 2001. She moved her family to Corvallis soon after to begin her career at OSU. She spends her time outside of work taking in all that Oregon has to offer, planning her next travel adventure with family and friends, and rooting for her Longhorns from afar while proudly supporting a new favorite orange team...
