PS 206 – +introduction to Political Thought (4)
Explores some of the major theories, concepts and issues in political theory. Analyzes political issues using philosophical methods. Topics include the tension and balance between social welfare and individual rights, the role of the market vs. government regulation, the meaning of equality, toleration and its limits, and competing conceptions of justice. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
