WR 383 – Food Writing (4)
Students will write about food and food issues for a variety of audiences, including print and digital, adapting their texts to become increasingly sophisticated critical thinkers and writers who can shape material effectively. Will also address food science and food studies from a historical and cultural background. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course.
