Earning a graduate minor in organizational leadership online with Oregon State will enrich you with an evidenced-based understanding of organizational behavior, negotiations, team management, job design, evaluation and motivation of employees and more.

This program must be completed concurrently with a graduate degree and thus the skills you gain can complement your pursuit of a master's or Ph.D.

This minor is offered by Oregon State's AACSB-accredited College of Business, and it is delivered online and in a hybrid format (online/in-person) in Portland, by Oregon State Ecampus. All courses are taught by OSU's renowned business faculty who are corporate leaders and experienced entrepreneurs and are known for their research. The combination of industry experience and high-impact research offers you a learning environment with the best of both worlds. This minor is available to students who are pursuing a graduate-level degree outside of OSU's College of Business.

The College of Business is also home to a prestigious MBA program that offers you three learning formats: online, a hybrid format (online/in-person) in Portland, and on-site at OSU's Corvallis campus.
