Learn about the historical evolution of warfare and the role of armed conflict in shaping societies around the globe when you earn an undergraduate minor in military history online with Oregon State University.

As a student in this program, you’ll examine the critical questions and controversies surrounding military tactics and technologies, peace-making, the impact of armed conflict on civilian populations, as well as the causes, costs and consequences of war.

Coursework

The online courses in the military history minor will prompt you to analyze the contexts and dynamics of past and current conflicts, peace-making and post-war reconciliation.
