HDFS 201 – +Contemporary Families in the U.S. (3)
Provides an introductory and broad overview of the experiences of contemporary families in the US, including parenting, family policy, romantic partnerships, divorce and relationship dissolution, and work and family roles. Focuses on family diversity, including family structure, ethnicity/race, culture, immigration, sex and gender, and class.
