SOIL 375 – +Seeking Climate Solutions: Carbon Dioxide Removal (3)

Explores proposed carbon dioxide removal climate solutions using a team-based approach incorporating diverse perspectives from scientists, citizens, decision-makers and stakeholders. Analyzes the scientific basis, technical feasibility, economic cost, potential unintended consequences, and ethics of the proposed solutions. Develops competencies such as co-design and consensus-building for transdisciplinary work to tackle complex problems. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
