H 439 – Public Health Experiential Learning (1-12)

Provides an opportunity for public health students to integrate and apply principles and concepts they have learned through their coursework to address real-world public health issues. Allows students to gain experience in areas that meet their professional goals and interests by completion of an experiential learning opportunity of the student’s choice, either an internship or community projects. Demonstrates a student’s ability to complete and assess the experience through a professional portfolio. This course is repeatable for a maximum of 12 credits. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
