ED 478 – Special Education Law Rights and Regulations (3)
In-depth review of special education law and regulations that protect and provide educational rights for students with disabilities. Teacher candidates will leave the class understanding both the historical and current legal rights of students receiving special education and how to best meet those rights in both the regular and special education resource classrooms. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
