ED 540 – Human Development and Psychology of the Adolescent (3)

Examines research from psychology, human development, and neuroscience to provide a holistic understanding of adolescents and learning with a focus on the middle/secondary student. Investigates the influence of family, neighborhood, peer, and school contexts on brain development; identity formation; and the challenges and opportunities of adolescence. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
