ED 554 – Supporting Students on the Autism Spectrum in K-12 Settings (3)
Provides an overview of autism, emphasizing a strength-based approach to educational success. Identifies evidence-based best practices for supporting students on the autism spectrum in K-12 settings. Explores the role of families in planning and implementing assessments and school-based supports in consideration of their cultural values and beliefs. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
