SED 574 – Mathematics Pedagogy and Technology I (4)

Develops knowledge, skills, and dispositions for teaching diverse youth in grades 6-12 mathematics. Supports imagining and enacting ways that schooling and instruction can disrupt inequality. Interrogates ways that schooling and mathematics instruction has perpetuated educational injustices. Infuses investigation of multiple forms of knowledge creation through research-practice multi-media. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course.
