Graduate Certificate in Leading and Creating Change – Online

Curriculum

Grounded in leadership education, the courses in Oregon State’s online Graduate Certificate in Leading and Creating Change provide opportunities for a holistic and personal exploration of how you can personally grow, develop and ultimately bring about positive change.

The core certificate courses are interdisciplinary, examining the foundations of leadership, team structures, how to motivate and empower others as well as how to promote and maintain diversity, equity and inclusion.

  • LEAD 580 – Leading Authentically: Foundations of Leadership (3)
  • LEAD 581 – Leading Others: Enhancing Team and Organizational Performance (3)

Experiential learning courses (3-6 credits)
