Adult and Higher Education – Online Graduate Minor

Gain knowledge and skills you can apply to any learning environment by earning a graduate minor in adult and higher education online with Oregon State University. Through the analysis of current adult education issues, this minor is designed to enhance your ability to deliver effective educational programs and lead meaningful learning across contexts.

Developed by Oregon State’s College of Education and delivered online by OSU Ecampus, this 16-credit program is created for graduate students who are looking to add a minor in educational design to their studies. It focuses on organizational and workplace development and training.

Completing the program will help you become an educational leader who can, in part, use instructional technology to apply learning theories and evaluate the diverse needs and characteristics of adult learners.

This program must be completed concurrently with a graduate degree.


The online courses in the adult and higher education minor will prepare you to lead, manage and utilize field-specific research to provide training to individuals, teams and organizations.
