Designed for students seeking a degree with an interdisciplinary background in the life sciences, physical sciences, social sciences and public health, this rigorous bachelor’s program will deepen your understanding of human health, the origins of disease and the research for future cures.

Note: This online program is not intended for those who want to advance to a health-related professional school in fields such as dentistry, medicine, pharmacy or physical therapy. Specialized pre-professional school options within the program are not available to distance students because they require the completion of specific courses that are not currently offered online by Oregon State. The program's advisors will work with you to ensure that your courses will help prepare you for future success.

All online courses in the B.S. in Biohealth Sciences program are developed and taught by the same faculty in Oregon State’s Department of Microbiology who teach on campus.
