Specialization options
You can pursue one of two specialization options in this program.
Soil science option
In the soil science option, you’ll gain a real-world, field-based learning experience through custom lab kits with 3D printed soil models, virtual reality, augmented reality and other advanced techniques.
Agronomy option
Acquire the skills necessary to be an active participant in producing food, feed, fiber and energy crops for the world when you pursue the agronomy option. Through innovative technologies, you’ll learn how to choose plant materials and agricultural practices that will optimize plant production while minimizing environmental impact.
