Program details

The innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum bridges theory and practice, preparing you to lead with a future-ready mindset rooted in change management, communication and leadership. The core courses integrate experiential learning opportunities, incorporate AI and emerging technologies for modern innovation strategy, and place an emphasis on career readiness through a professional development series. 

The online innovation and entrepreneurship program is offered by Oregon State’s College of Business.

Degree requirements

A minimum of 180 quarter credits — at least 36 of which must be upper-division credits — are required to graduate with your innovation and entrepreneurship degree, including:

Additional program features

This program includes an experiential learning component that gives you the option of selecting an internship, practicum, project, thesis or industry conference. This learning opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience in the industry.

Some degree requirements may be transferred from other institutions. Please note that a minimum of 45 credits of the last 75 credits in this degree program must be completed at Oregon State (online or on campus) to meet the academic residency requirement.

Previously earned credits must be reviewed upon admittance to OSU for appropriate articulation. Additional information about transferring credits is available through OSU’s Transfer Credit Central or you may request an unofficial transcript evaluation through the College of Business.
