Staff Bio

I am an Instructional Design Specialist on the OSU Ecampus team. My background is in the software industry, where I have held positions leading global project teams in Technical Support, Quality Assurance, Web Development, and Technical Training. At my last employer, I led the move of our training content to the Moodle Learning Management System.

I completed my Masters in Education Information Technology with an Instructional Design Certificate at Western Oregon in the Fall of 2018. The program was delivered entirely online and further fueled my interest in online education.

The courses I enjoyed the most were those in which there were frequent opportunities to interact with other students and the instructor. I was particularly motivated by the opportunity to take part in my own learning by exploring information and completing relevant, real world projects.

I am very excited to partner with the Oregon State faculty to build their courses.
