To access your employer’s Guild network page, visit Guild’s Member Signup page to create an account or log in.

How do I know which programs I am eligible for?

How do I apply to Oregon State if my employer is in the Guild network?

To ensure your eligibility, you must complete the Guild application process before applying to Oregon State University. Once you are approved through the Guild application process, you will receive an email from Oregon State with directions on how to complete the application process. Contact OSU’s Ecampus enrollment services team with any questions related to your OSU application.

When do my Guild benefits begin?

You can begin receiving Guild benefits at Oregon State University the term after your Guild application process is complete. For example, if you complete the application process in winter term, you will begin receiving Guild benefits in spring term. Oregon State's summer term consists of multiple sessions with various start and end dates. If you complete your Guild application process in early summer, you may be able to begin utilizing your benefit during one of the later summer term sessions.

How does billing work?

Guild funding will be reflected on your OSU student account by the end of the first week in each academic term. General questions about OSU billing can be directed to studentaccountservices@oregonstate.edu. If you have additional questions about billing, please contact ecampus.ess@oregonstate.edu.

How does billing work if I also have other forms of financial aid?

Financial Aid begins disbursement a week before the start of each academic term and Guild funding is reflected on your OSU student account by the end of the first week in each academic term, so your financial aid award will likely be applied to your student account bill first, except Veteran’s benefits. Your aid type has an impact on billing.

  • Student Loans – Guild funding support is applied to your OSU student account in the amount approved by your employer.  If this results in a negative balance on your OSU student account, you will receive a refund.
  • Scholarships/Grants (Gift Aid) – After these funds are applied, if a balance remains, Guild funding support will be applied to your student account in the amount approved by your employer.  Students do not receive a refund if the amount of gift aid plus the Guild funding support exceeds the OSU student account balance.
  • Veteran’s Benefits – Guild support is applied to your OSU student account.  If a balance remains, veteran’s benefits will be applied.

Questions about financial aid can be directed to financial.aid@oregonstate.edu. OSU billing questions can be directed to studentaccountservices@oregonstate.edu.

I have to change my term of enrollment. What do I do next?

Contact the appropriate OSU admissions office based on your student type:

If I leave my employer, can I continue learning online through Oregon State University?

Yes. If you are no longer employed by a Guild employer collaborator, you can still continue your education with OSU Ecampus, but you will need to self-fund the experience. Contact your Guild coach to learn more.

I am a current OSU student who now works for a Guild employer partner. Do I need to apply to OSU again?

You will need to complete the initial application process through Guild. Once approved, contact Ecampus Student Services so OSU can update your status as a Guild-eligible employee.

Will my education be funded if I switch to a different academic program?

Your employer has decided to fund specific academic programs. If you are considering an academic program change, please consult your Guild coach before making any changes to ensure you remain program-eligible.
