MBA in Organizational Leadership (Online/In-person Hybrid)

Oregon State University's Master of Business Administration (MBA) Organizational Leadership track offers a unique graduate program designed for upwardly mobile professionals who are currently in leadership positions or who aspire to lead.

Yuriy Mikitchenko didn't want to put his promising career on hold in order to pursue his MBA, and Oregon State University made it so that he didn't have to.

The program is offered by Oregon State University's College of Business and delivered through Oregon State Ecampus. Courses are taught by OSU's accomplished faculty to prepare graduates to compete in the new economy.

Hybrid with in-person classes in Portland and Bend

This rigorous graduate program blends online course work with in-person classes in Portland and Bend. The approximate delivery blend is 80 percent online and 20 percent in-person. Each course has two required, in-person meetings per term during Weeks 1 or 2 and Weeks 9 or 10. The Portland meetings occur on weeknights and on Saturdays in Bend.

The in-person Portland classes are held at the Collaborative Life Sciences Building in the South Waterfront neighborhood. Beginning fall term 2017, in-person classes in Bend will be held on the OSU-Cascades campus in Tykeson Hall (1500 S.W. Chandler Ave.).
