Verifying Employment for Federal Academic Alliance (FAA) Program
In order to receive the FAA benefit, Oregon State University Ecampus must verify employment. Submitting your most current Leave and Earnings Statement (LES) or SF-50 will be proof of employment. Please complete the form for the student. If multiple students are using the same employee’s benefit, a separate form must be submitted for each student.
