Even the most complex challenges need solutions. And sometimes it takes the wisdom of an entire community to create them.

In the Oregon State University college student services administration (CSSA) master’s program online and on campus, students delve into difficult topics and challenge each other to consider new insights with respect.

“We discuss issues facing students today, which sometimes means hard conversations, sometimes disagreements,” says Kim McAloney, CSSA alumna and instructor. “Those are the places where we get pushed out of our comfort zones and grow.”

It’s those diverse perspectives within the learning community that contribute to a shared objective: making a difference in the lives of college students.
