Expanded Options Program – Overview

Welcome to Oregon State University's Expanded Options Program (XOP) for high school students in Oregon. Senate Bill 300 provides opportunities for eligible high school juniors and seniors to take post-secondary classes at Oregon public community colleges and universities, paid for by their school district.

Oregon State created the Expanded Options Program to support this opportunity, administered by OSU Ecampus. This program is limited to high school students in Oregon. High school students from other states can take courses as nondegree-seeking students. Information can be found on the OSU admissions website.
