Korean is spoken by over 80 million people worldwide. Oregon State University offers online microcredentials in both introductory and intermediate Korean, so you can gain the language skills you need to engage more respectfully in global business and travel.

With these courses, you’ll learn the logical components of Korean, with a focus on reading, writing, listening, speaking, colloquial expressions and cultural exploration — giving you a comprehensive understanding of this unique language.

Transfer credit and placement tests may not be used toward microcredential course credits.

Some courses within Oregon State's online microcredential offerings may require you to complete prerequisites in order to enroll. Before applying, it's important to understand the timing and schedule for when microcredential courses are offered, including any prerequisite courses.
