As a Student Success Coach I value the unique experience of each student and I work in partnership to support them through their individual journey at OSU. I currently work with Ecampus Fisheries and Wildlife Science, Agricultural Sciences, Environmental Economics and Policy, Rangeland Sciences, and Zoology students to improve academic skills, to identify support resources, and to address obstacles to academic success.

I am originally from southern Oregon but I have live in New York, Florida and Spain. I have worked in education for the majority of my life and have had the rare opportunity to work with students from Pre-Kindergarten to adult learners in the community college setting. I hold a Master’s degree in Adult and Continuing Education and a Graduate Certificate in Academic Advising from Kansas State University and I completed my undergraduate degree in Social and Behavioral Science at Linfield College.

I have had the opportunity to work with college students in Academic Advising, college support as a Student Success Coach and as an instructor teaching College Survival and Success and College Study Skills. I have worked with both traditional and non-traditional students and have experienced online education firsthand as a graduate student. It is truly an honor to support students throughout their educational journey and I feel privileged that my career allows me the opportunity to encourage success in others.
