What does completing your degree mean to you? How do you feel it will improve your life and career?
It means connecting with my life's purpose of helping people live a better life through learning. This program has taught me about how adults learn and I am energized to take my new knowledge and skills out into the world.

Why did you choose to complete your degree online through OSU Extended Campus? What did you like about this method of education?
This method of education offers the best of both worlds – online interaction and learning to fit in a working professional's life, and in-person interaction to create meaningful connections with the content and the people.

Did you have an instructor or advisor who was influential in helping you succeed as a distance student?
It is impossible to name only one instructor who helped me succeed as a distance student. Each and every instructor in this program was dedicated to providing their time, academic and professional experience, and sincere caring to help me succeed. I highly recommend this program to anyone who asks me about it.

What will your Ecampus degree allow you to do that you were unable to do before?
This degree is giving me the confidence and skills to start my own business in training and development. Words on a page cannot begin to describe my excitement level. I am 47 years old, and this is the beginning of a new chapter in my life.
