1. Principal Investigator (PI) must be full-time OSU faculty member (e.g., teaching faculty, professional faculty, tenure-track faculty).
2. The proposed research project must include Ecampus students or faculty.
3. Ecampus courses involved in the research must be fully developed before the funding begins.
