ANTH 472 – Contemporary Indian Issues (4)
Examines the background of Indian treaties and reservations with discussions of present issues such as health care, education, the Indian Child Welfare Act, fishing rights, and religious freedom. Issues are discussed in class with considerable class participation and some role playing. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course.
