PS 322 – Constitutional Law: Civil Rights and Liberties (4)
Doctrines pertaining to the First, Second and Fourteenth Amendments, such as freedom of speech, of expression, of the press and of the exercise, the right to bear arms and the prohibition against governmental establishment of religion. Issues of discrimination and the reach of the 14th amendment's equal protection clause, and the right to privacy.
