Largest collection of grads is reason for Ecampus' biggest party ever

At Oregon State University Ecampus, we invite graduates to campus every year for commencement. Nearly 1,000 Oregon State students earned degrees online this year, so we threw our biggest party yet.

A total of 960 Ecampus students earned their diplomas this year, far surpassing the previous high of 692. The class of 2017 hailed from a record 49 states and eight countries.

Many of the new alumni were making their first visit to the Corvallis campus, and the reception gave them the opportunity to chat and take photos with their classmates, instructors and advisors.
