Four ways to get answers about learning online at Oregon State

February 10, 2026  ·  2 minutes  ·  By Jean Dion

Start with your questions, and we’ll help with the rest

So you’re thinking about learning online with Oregon State University. That’s exciting! And you probably have a few questions about how it works and what comes next. That’s exactly what we’re here for.

Meet the team that can answer your questions

Oregon State Ecampus enrollment services specialists are trained professionals who can answer a wide variety of questions prospective students often have, including:

  • What is the online student experience like?
  • What is a particular degree or certificate program like?
  • What support resources are available for students learning online?
  • Will my previous coursework transfer?
  • Can I take just one course?
  • What happens after I apply?

If enrollment service specialists can’t answer your question directly, they can connect you with the right Oregon State resource, including experts in financial aid, academic advising, military benefits and more.

If you want a peer’s perspective on learning online, Ecampus student ambassadors can help. They can share information about their enrollment process, the services they’ve used as a student and the quality of the OSU online learning experience. They’re also trained to answer common questions.

How to connect

Now that you have a sense of the kinds of questions Ecampus staff can help with, let’s explore the different ways you can get answers.

If you have many questions about a specific online degree, certificate or microcredential, sign up for a series of email messages tailored to your interests.
