PH 202 – General Physics (5)
Surveys a broad spectrum of classical and modern physics topics. Develops scientific analysis and problem-solving techniques through study of such topics as rotational statics and dynamics, thermodynamics, fluids, oscillations, and waves. Builds models for physical phenomena through qualitative and quantitative observations, comparison with theory in multiple representations, and sensemaking. This course may be subject to Enforced Prerequisites that restrict registration into the course. Check the offerings below for more information.
