Oregon State’s MBA in Organizational Leadership program provides an engaging, hybrid learning experience where students conduct the majority of the coursework online through OSU Ecampus, and they also have the benefit of collaborating with classmates in face-to-face meetings. Yuriy Mikitchenko, a recent graduate of the program, speaks to the value of learning from others in the MBA cohort.
