Environmental Sciences - Online Minor

Take an interdisciplinary approach to developing your environmental problem-solving skills, and acquire knowledge that will enable you to pursue a variety of hands-on career paths when you earn an undergraduate minor in environmental sciences online with Oregon State University. This program is offered by Oregon State's College of Earth, Ocean and Atmospheric Sciences and delivered online by OSU Ecampus.

Coursework

The online courses in the environmental sciences minor provide an opportunity for you to develop a basic background in the natural environmental systems. You'll select classes in the categories of atmosphere, biosphere, geosphere and hydrosphere. In addition, you'll take courses that explore the relationship between humans and the environment as it relates to economics and policy, ethics, human environment and management.
