As a student with fewer than 24 quarter (16 semester) transferable credits from an accredited institution, you’ll experience a wide range of exciting learning opportunities online with Oregon State University as you build a career.

Application deadlines

Oregon State admits new students in each of our four quarterly terms. We encourage undergraduate degree-seeking students to apply by the suggested deadlines listed on this page. Your application is considered complete when you have submitted the online application and any required supplemental materials, such as your transcripts, as well as paid the application fee.

Why are our suggested application deadlines earlier than Oregon State’s final application deadlines? We want to give you every chance to succeed, and that means completing your application early so you have plenty of time to complete the Ecampus orientation, understand how your credits will transfer and meet with an advisor to register for your courses.

Pursue an honors degree online

As an undergraduate degree-seeking student, you can apply to earn an honors degree online. Earning this prestigious degree gives you the opportunity to work with Oregon State professors on research, complete a thesis experience and take part in co-curricular activities.

How to submit your documents
