Anyone enrolled in an Oregon State bachelor's program can enroll in any Ecampus online undergraduate certificate program. If you already have a bachelor's degree from OSU or another accredited institution, you may be granted a subsequent undergraduate certificate by applying to OSU as a postbaccalaureate student and indicating your program of interest on the application's statement of objectives.
